One day pass (non-member)

Starting from February 1, 2021 we stop selling one day pass at convenience store.

Purchase at Counters

You will receive card key.

STEP 2

Buy directly from the staff!

Go to the counter and fill out required forms to buy card key.
(card key is valid until 23:59 of the purchase day)
One Day Pass Counters

STEP 3

Tap the purchased card key to unlock bicycle

  • 1Press 「START」
  • 2Tap the key card
  • 3Bicycle will be unlocked and you can start cycling

Machi-nori port

Return bicycle

Please return bicycle to the nearestMachi-nori port

  • 1Return bicycle into the rack and lock it (slide Orange lever then slide down)
  • 2Check the [LOCK] display on the panel and push the [ENTER].

    Make sure to check [RETURN] on the panel.
    If it not displayed the [RETURN] has not been completed.

Temporary Parking (except Machi-nori port)

  • 1To Park

    Manually lock the bicycle (Slide Orange lever then slide down)

  • 2To Reuse

    Repeat the renting process

Please take note of the following things when parking
  1. Please make sure to return bicycle to the port after using.
  2. Please park at the parking spots, avoid parking at the No Park Zone at any costs.

How to use a power-assist bicycle

  • Electric assist power button is on the left side of a bicycle handlebar.
  • Press the power button and check the battery level before using it.
Please wait a few seconds without turning the pedals. The electric motor runs from the moment you press the power button, so please be careful when you start pedaling.

Please keep your purchase email for future references.
STEP 3

Apply for a one day pass

  • 1Please make sure you select KANAZAWA

    If you choose other area you could not use rental bicycle in Kanazawa.

  • 2Input personal details

    Please confirm you made the right purchase by checking our MACHI-NORI logo on the top left.

STEP 4

Unlock bicycle with issued pin code.

Choose one bicycle and issue the 4 digit pin code.

  • 1Enter bicycle number

    Bicycle number starts from KNZ.

  • 2Receive pin code

    After you enter bicycle number, you will receive 4 digit pin code.

STEP 5

Unlock bicycle with issued passcode

  • 1Press 「START」
  • 2Enter passcode
  • 3Bicycle will be unlocked and you can start cycling

How to reuse after returning the bicycle or when running out of battery

Cautions for one day pass users

Please read the following before using one day pass.

  • Please be noted that during busy season (Golden & Silver Week), you might cannot use the bicycles because there are too many users.
  • Please make sure to check battery percentage before using. When you ran out of battery please go to the nearest port and change the bicycle.
  • We do not recommend parking at Machi-nori port because bicycles that are parked at the port are likely to be taken by other users. Even if you do not return the bicycle, other users can easily return it just by pressing ENTER button. After returning, the bicycle will be available to use for other users. You can avoid this problem by parking at the public parking lot, instead of Machi-nori port.
  • One day pass valid until 23:59 of the using day.Please make sure to return bicycle to the port.If the bicycle is not properly returned to the port, any damages done to the bicycle will be your responsibility.
