Please register your card key again only if you are using an Osaifu-Keitai equipped with a FelICa IC chip.

What should I do if I change my mobile phone company (MNP)?

If there is a change in the email address you registered, please change your email address in the app.
If you have registered an email address that is not dependent on your mobile phone carrier, such as Gmail, there is no need to make any changes.

What if I want to change my credit card number?

You can make changes via the app.

I would like to change my rate plan. How can I do this?

You can make changes via the app.

I was using Osaifu-Keitai, but I changed my phone and now the function is no longer available. What procedures do I need to follow?

■ If you rent a bicycle using your IC card
Please register your card key again from the app.

*Registering your card key will change the registration information from your Osaifu-Keitai to your IC card.

■ When renting a bicycle using a passcode
Even if you have already registered your card key, you can use the passcode to rent a bicycle. It is also possible to cancel the registration of the card key through the application.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you wish to cancel your membership, please complete the procedure yourself through the app.
