Ideal for long distance travel
BYUUN's e-bike can travel up to 200km on a full charge. (In ECO mode) Furthermore, it is equipped with a 9-speed transmission, so it can be run as a cross bike even with the battery turned off.
We will also lend you a charger when you rent an e-bike. The battery can be charged using any standard electrical outlet, making it easy to charge the battery on the go, even if you're renting for multiple days.
Fun even for first timers
Unlike the electrically assisted bicycles, which are suitable for riding around town, e-bikes are specialized bicycles for enjoying sportier cycling.
It has a design that is easy to handle even for beginners, and features a high-performance lightweight aluminum frame. The assist works effectively even in light gears, allowing you to enjoy long-distance driving in comfort.

Insurance/Compensation
BYUUN has various types of liability insurance to cover injuries to users, and in the
unlikely event of an accident, you can receive the following compensation.
Any damages exceeding the compensation limit will be borne by the user.

Reservation
- How many days in advance can I make a reservation?
- Reservations can be made only from online and telephone, and they are only accepted from 60 days before the date of use.
- If I would like to change or cancel my reservation?
- In order to change or cancel your reservation, please contact the Machinori Secretariat (076-255-1747) for further instructions.
- Can I cancel my reservation in the last minute?

For cancelation of reservations, please contact the rental store by phone.
If canceled on the same day, a 100% of the rental fee will be charged.
Cancellations made the day before due to bad weather forecast* will be free of charge. Please contact us during store business hours the day before.
*Bad weather forecast is when the probability of rain in the reservation store area is 60% or more according to the weather forecast announced by the Japan Meteorological Agency the day before. - What to do if I didn’t receive a confirmation email after making an online reservation?

The reservation site automatically sends a confirmation email when the reservation is made. If you do not receive an email, the following possibilities may be considered.
1. The registered email address is incorrect or unavailable.
2. Your mail box or server is full and cannot be delivered.
3. The email is sorted into the spam folder or trash

- Is it possibleto pick it up if I arrive later than my reservation time?

As long as you wear clothes you can exercise in, you'll be fine. We recommend that you take precautions against sunburn and heat stroke during the summer, and protection against the cold in the winter.
*Note that, we do not recommend any other footwear that might endanger for riding. - In case of not bringing ID with me, can I still rent it?
- If you do not have your ID, you will not be able to rent. Please be sure to bring your ID with you.
- Can I pick up my bike the day before departure?
- You cannot pick it up the day before.
- Can I use a credit card?

Yes you can use, the following types of credit cards. VISA/MASTER/UC/JCB/AMEX/DINERS etc.
Note that when renting at Kuru,ru./Ono Bicycle Base, you can only pay by cash or Pay Pay. - Do you have insurance?

Insurance premiums are included in the rental price.
Note that we do not provide insurance against vehicle theft or breakdown. - How long does it take before departure?
- It takes around 15 minutes to make all the preparations for your departure.
- Is it possible to rent on the day?
- Priority is given to customers with reservations, but if there is one available for the corresponding model and size of bicycle, you may use it.
- Can I drop off the bycicle anywhere?
- You cannot just drop off the riding. Please be sure to return it to the Machinori Secretariat once you have finished riding.
- Do you have helmet rentals?

We provide helmets free of charge for customers who are using rental bicycles.
You may also bring your own helmet. - Can I rent anything other than bicycles and helmets?
- There are other items available to rent including spare tubes (charges apply if used), tire levers, portable pumps, and keys.
- Do you rent shoes/cycle wear?
- Unfortunately, we do not provide rental shoes/wear/gloves. We recommend that you use your own supplies or purchase them in advance.

- What are the characteristics of a cross bike?

We have sizes that can accommodate heights up to 190cm.

- We have bicycles that can be ridden if you are over 145cm tall.
- Is it possible to make any adjustment to the bicycle?
- Yes, but only saddle height adjustment and change the size of bicycle is supported.
- Do you have binding pedal rentals?
- We do not have binding pedal rentals available. note that.
- Does the bicycle have a basket?
- The basket is not included.
- Are there bicycles for women?
- We offer the Liv brand bicycles designed for female cyclists.
Return
- What should I do in case of overtime. the scheduled return time?

Please contact the store where you are returning the item in advance.
In that case, you will be required to pay an overage fee depending on the overtime. - By what time should I return it?

For day-trippers or guests staying one night or two or more, please return until 18:00.
If the above return time is exceeded, you will be required to pay the excess fee specified in the price list at the time of return. - In case of return the bicycle earlier than the rental period, will I receive a refund?

Damage/Accident/Theft
- What should I do if I damaged the bicycle or parts while renting it?
- Rental products must be returned in the same condition as when they were rented, but if any parts are found to be damaged in a way that interferes with rental use, the customer will be charged for the repair costs.
- What should I do if the tire has gone flat?
- Please use the spare tubes we have loaned to you. Please pay for the spare tube when you return your bike. Customers are responsible for the replacement work themselves.
- What should I do if I get into a traffic accident?

- Please contact the Machinori Secretariat immediately. You may be charged for damages due to theft.
